The Folder Was Mine. The Movement Is Ours.

Real talk, radical self-possession, and close to 5,000 voices flipping the midlife script!

In late June, when a few hundred of you showed up for this little experiment, I was both stunned and deeply grateful.

Since then, this community has grown to close to 5,000 strong. So many of us showing up to say our stories matter, our voices are loud, and our best chapters are not behind us. I’m deeply grateful for every single one of you for being here and reminding me why this matters.

I don’t take a single one of you for granted.

When I was 35, I was deep in the thick of it, searching for answers I couldn’t find anywhere. I scribbled notes, chapter outlines, and all the questions no one seemed to be asking. Then life got busy, and those pages sat unfinished for decades.

Now, 20 years later, I’m still searching, but this time I know the only way forward is together. What started as a folder has become a movement, a community, and soon, a book.

The Real Girls Guide is headed to print, shaped not just by my story but by the expert insights and lived truths of women who’ve so generously trusted me with theirs. It’s not polished perfection. It’s raw honesty, humor, grit, and radical self-possession.
