Yes, like I often do, I’m calling it ours on purpose.
When I wrote REAL GIRLS GUIDE TO MIDLIFE, I truly thought I was finishing the thing I started decades ago.
But, what became clear afterward is that recognizing what’s happening in midlife is only the beginning. Many of you started noticing changes that didn’t feel dramatic, but also didn’t feel small… the kinds of adjustments that reshape how you think about your relationships, your body, your responsibilities, and the decisions in front of you.
The first book helped build language around that experience. Now, the REAL GIRLS GUIDE MIDLIFE WORKBOOK creates space to work with what comes next.
And before anyone hears “workbook” and thinks, “Hard pass. I’m not doing homework.” Don’t worry, this isn’t school and you aren’t being graded, I promise… it’s just a space to think and put stuff down on paper.
It moves through many of the questions that start to surface and hit differently in midlife (for so many of us), and leaves room to help you decide what they actually mean.
Plus, you’ll find plenty of blank journal pages to dive into things on your own.
This community played a huge role in shaping the end result, so I wanted the Workbook and the Gift Bundle to be available here first before it goes to Amazon.
It felt like the right place to begin.
